By registering and using the Northbound Sentinel platform (hereinafter, 'the Platform'), the user organization (hereinafter, 'the Client') fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of the provisions set forth herein, you must refrain from using the Platform.
Northbound Intelligence provides a digital risk intelligence platform that enables: Discovery and management of digital attack surfaces, Vulnerability scanning of authorized assets, Exposure monitoring across open sources (OSINT) and the Dark Web, Generation of risk reports and remediation recommendations.
The Client agrees to use the Platform solely on digital assets it owns or for which it has express, documented authorization from the owner. The following are strictly prohibited: Scanning or testing third-party infrastructure without authorization; Using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes; Attempting to access data belonging to other organizations or users; Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Platform access without written authorization.
The Client is solely responsible for all actions performed through its account. Northbound Intelligence shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of the Platform. The Client agrees to hold Northbound Intelligence harmless from any third-party claims arising from its use of the Platform.
All Platform components, including algorithms, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and methodologies, are the intellectual property of Northbound Intelligence. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
The Platform is provided 'as is.' Northbound Intelligence does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. The maximum liability of Northbound Intelligence shall not, in any case, exceed the fees paid by the Client in the 3 months prior to the incident.
Northbound Intelligence reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Client at least 15 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Platform after notification implies acceptance of the modifications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
