Your data is yours. Northbound Intelligence is built from the ground up to ensure every organization maintains full control, ownership, and sovereignty over its information.
Each organization operates in a completely isolated data space. There is no cross-contamination of information between tenants under any circumstances.
All information is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Encryption keys are securely managed and rotated on a regular schedule.
Client data remains in the agreed geographic region. We do not relocate or replicate data outside the defined territory without explicit consent.
Any organization may request permanent deletion of all its data. The process is documented, auditable, and executed within a maximum of 30 business days.
Exclusive ownership: Northbound Intelligence never uses client data to train its own or third-party AI models.
Minimum access: Northbound staff only accesses data strictly necessary for technical support, under full audit logging.
Portability: Data can be exported at any time in standard formats (JSON, CSV, PDF) without penalties or contractual restrictions.
